About Us

Michael & Christine Eltringham have been involved in building for over 20 years we are a local family business who have been involved with the construction of quality homes throughout the state for over 20 years. We ensure your home will be manufactured to the highest quality and complies with all relevant building codes.

Being a family oriented business our goal is to make your building experience a pleasant time we encourage you to view your new home at any stage by appointment. We try to alleviate long waiting periods for our builders to start building your house, our Transportable Modular Homes and Units are built in our factory or if access is unavailable on site by our team of tradesmen and only take a matter of 9 – 12 weeks to complete.

No Matter what your budget is, we can design a house that will suit your requirements or if you have house plans or an idea already, we will help you bring them to life.

Over our 20 years of building experience we have learnt that a new home may sometimes be a stressful experience for our customers and, therefore at Kit Homes Tasmania we try and reverse that situation and have it become a positive and pleasurable journey for you. To achieve this, we will meet with you at your convenience in or out side of business hours to help you in exploring the possibilities of designing you dream home.

Once your design is on paper we can then manage the process or help you as much or as little as you require with your project build.
